* Step 1
Assalamualaikum, Take a pan add mustard oil,than add cumin seed,skin potato,salt,red chilli powder,mix well,cooked in 5 min,then keep aside, now take a bowl add all fish spices ingredients mentioned by list,mix well,keep aside,
* Step 2
Now, take a grinder jar add italian herb Sauce ingredients mentioned by list,grind the all ingredients,then keep aside,
* Step 3
Then heat a butter in Grill pan,then add crashed garlic mix well,then add all fish spices ingredients,give it a good mix then add fish Grill the fish both of side,10 mins,Now assemble the plate,
