* Step 1

Assalamualaikum, boal the potato and chickpea now transfar the bowl mash the potatoes,add chickpeas,add Coriander chutney mix them together,keep aside,

* Step 2

Now,take a jug pour the water,then mix all ingredients mentioned by Pani Puri's water,mix well now rest in 10 mins,

* Step 3

Now,take a bowl add wheat flour, Semolina,salt,oil mix well, kneaded the dough properly,now,rolling the small Puri shape,then frying the all Puri,now, assemble the all meal,now,ready to serve.
