Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Soak chickpeas for 4-5 hours or more.
* Step 2
Make a potli out of any plain cloth. Add all the spices and tea leaves and make a potli.
* Step 3
Now put it with chickpeas in a pressure cooker and add some salt and turmeric and cook for 4-5 whistles in medium flame.
* Step 4
Now take a pan. Add oil, add ginger garlic paste and saute.
* Step 5
Add chopped onions and saute until oil separates.
* Step 6
Add tomatoes and little salt. And fry till it softens.
* Step 7
Add all dry spices and mix.
* Step 8
Now add the chickpeas and cook until it boils.
* Step 9
Add aamchur powder, mix and again cook.
* Step 10
Mash few chickpeas so that the gravy thickens.
