Veg Harabhara kebab
#kidstiffin. we moms always want to feed something very healthy & nutritious to our children but it's a real challenge to feed them green vegetables as they don't taste good.. So this recipe is something very tasty & very beneficial for young kids as it consists loads of green veggies.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a pan first heat half tablespoon of oil then add chopped onions and green chilli.saute for a minute.
* Step 2
Then add all the green veggies and saute untill the veggies starts releasing water.
* Step 3
Now add some salt to it and cover it up & cook it up on low to medium flame until the veggies get cooked.
* Step 4
Once the veggies are cooked switched off the flame and let the veggies cool down a bit.
* Step 5
Now transfer the veggie mixture to a mixer grinder jar and make a smooth paste out of it, without adding water.
* Step 6
Now pour this mixture on a plate and add grated paneer,cumin powder,mashed potatoes, chat masala,some salt as per your taste, gram flour & mix it well.
* Step 7
Take a small ball like portion from the mixture and make a flat shaped kebab out of it. Stuff few chopped cashew nuts inside those kebabs.
* Step 8
Now roll those kebabs lightly on breadcrumbs one by one.
* Step 9
Finally on a flat tawa add 2 tablespoon of oil & shallow fry the kebabs. Harabhara kebabs are ready to be served. Serve it with your kid's favorite dipping sauce.
