Ingredient

1/4 cup

Ghee

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Boil water in a kadhai or deep pan.

Add tomato and red chilli and boil.

Add these spices like cardamom, black pepper, clove, bay leave, melon seeds into boiling tomatoes and boil for 15 mins And make a puree of tomatoes.

In a kadhai shallow fry paneer in 2 tbsp ghee.

In another kadhai take 2 tbsp ghee and add jeera.

Add a pinch if cinnamon powder.

Now add tomato puree.

Add salt acc to taste.

Black pepper for taste.

Add shallow fried paneer cubes.

Now add fresh cream or malai and cook for 5 mins.

Serve with kutti ke roti.
