Streetfood bhaji

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a pressure cooker heat oil

* Step 2

Add jeers / cumin

* Step 3

Now add onion and cook

* Step 4

Now garlic and cabbage, carrot

* Step 5

Now add tomato chopped

* Step 6

Now add rest veggies like peas, capsicum, potato

* Step 7

Mix all well

* Step 8

Now add spices like salt, chilli acc to taste

* Step 9

Now add pav bhaji masala, garam masala snd lemon juice

* Step 10

Cook on high flame for 2 mins

* Step 11

Now add water and mix well

* Step 12

Pressure cook for 2-3 whisltes

* Step 13

When cooker comes at room temp. Open the lid

* Step 14

Mash all the bhaji with blender or bhaji masher

* Step 15

Serve hot with butter on top with pav
