Stuffed nutrela buns

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
For dough.. Take refined flour and add all the ingredients to it and knead soft dough with Lukewarm water and allow it to ferment for 5-6 hrs. Keep aside
* Step 2
For keema... Take a pan and add oil to it and then add garlic cloves and jeera to it. When jeera starts cracking add onions 1 tsp and rest of the spices to it and after that add nutrella granules and cook for 5 min and then put of the flame.
* Step 4
Now when the dough has risen up and double in size knead it again for 2 min and then divide the dough in small balls and roll it like roti but the thickness of roti should be thick enough. Divide it into 4 equal portion
* Step 5
Apply tomato ketchup to each portion and stuff it with the mixture. Fold it as shown in the picture or of your choice.sprinkle sesame seed on top.
* Step 6
Now take heavy bottomed wolk and add 1 kg of salt to it. Let the salt be heated enough. When salt is heated enough put a stand on it and keep the buns in a plate and place it on a stand. Cover it and cook for 30 min on low to medium flame.ready to serve. Serve it hot.(salt can be reused again in further baking recipes)
