Zucchini and Avacado (no water) Paratha
Hello friends..this paratha has Lots of vitamins, low fat and fiber..best with tea, subzi, raita, mint chutney, salsa sauce for kids with jam and many more..do try...

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Mix grated zucchini, Avacado pulp, chopped parsley, wheat flour, black pepper powder, curd, olive oil, salt and knead a soft dough.
* Step 2
On a rolling pin dust some flour and sesame seeds. Roll circle paratha..of can give shape of your choice..press the corners while rolling..
* Step 3
Put paratha on hot tava flip other side when it is partially cooked. put ghee or olive oil on paratha cook till paratha become golden and crisp..same way flip again, put oil or ghee and cook till golden and crisp..
* Step 4
Place it in place garnish it with chilli flakes and sesame seeds..enjoy with mint chutney..or any other sauce, soup, sabzi etc
* Step 5
Tips: add flour in zucchini and Avacado till it has moisture in add do not add more wheat and no water at all...you can add veggies of your choice..serve it hot..enjoy with family and friends
