Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cut the Ash gourd, remove skin and seed and the center soft of the Ash gourd. peel the outer skin and dice it into 1/2 inch piece.now keep aside.

Now take a jar add ash gourd,cumin powder,mint leaves,black pepper now add little water and grind it for 5 min.

* Step 3

Now juice is ready and strain it.now add lemon juice and salt mix it.

Now juice is ready.
