* Step 1
In a mixer jar add roasted fennel seeds, mishri, cardamom
* Step 2
Now grind it for 5 min. now add salt, chat masala
* Step 3
Now add roasted cumin powder, pinch of green color, ginger powder grind it again. powder is ready and keep aside.
* Step 4
Now in a same mixer jar add mint leaves and grind it now add powder and grind it again.
* Step 5
Saunf sharbat premix is ready.
