In a cooker add ghee, nuetrella (soya chunks), mushroom, potato,soaked rice,water
* Step 2
Now add salt,red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmericpowder mix it well.Now add ghee and close the cooker with lid and wait for 3 whistle.now after 10 min. Open the cooker.
* Step 3
Mushroom vegetable pulao is ready.serve hot.
