* Step 1
In a mixer jar add paneer, roohafza,thandai powder, desiccated coconut now grind it for 5 min.
* Step 2
Now paste is ready.now add roohafza
* Step 3
Mix lightly and roll it to balls and flatten slightly.
* Step 4
Now coated with desiccated coconut and garnish with badam,cashew nuts,raisins etc.
