Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a cooker add chana,water,soda and close the cooker with lid and wait for 3 whistle.now after 10 min. Open the cooker.chana is cooked.
* Step 2
In a pan add oil,garlic, onion tomato puree,add some spices like(salt,red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala)mix it well.
* Step 3
Now add chana and aloo,water now boil it.sabji is ready to serve.
