* Step 1
In a mixing bowl add leftover kofta, boiled mashed potato,cheese,onion,green chilli,red chilli flakes
* Step 2
Now add bread crumbs,paneer,salt,red chilli powder, coriander powder mix it well
* Step 3
Now dough is ready.Now give an tikki shape before frying.all cutlets are ready.now coat with suji
* Step 4
In a bowl add gram flour,rice flour,salt mix it well.now batter is ready.Coat the marinated tikkies with batter.And deep fry in hot oil till it turn golden brown and crisp from all the sides. Drain on absorbent paper and serve hot with tomato sauce.
* Step 5
Now leftover palak paneer kofta cutlets is ready to serve.
