In a kadai add oil,cumin seeds,onion
* Step 2
Add capsicum,carrot, cauliflower florets, turmericpowder
* Step 3
Add salt,red chilli powder mix it well.
* Step 4
And cover with plate for 20 min. On low flame.now open the plate and add tomato ketchup, kasuri methi,red chilli flakes
* Step 5
Mix it again.now sabzi is ready to serve.
