Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a bowl add water, broccali,add mushroom, add spinach now boil it for 10 min.

Now swich off the gas and keep aside. Now take a pan add oil,add cumin seeds

Add onion, add ginger, add garlic

Add Carrot, add peas, add capsicum

Add boiled veggies,add oregano add paneer

Add red chilli flakes, add fennal powder, add black pepper

Add salt, add coriander powder, add cinnemon powder

Add cumin powder,Add sesame seeds, add coriander leaves

Mix it well. Now cover with plate at 5 min. On low flame. Now open the plate veggies are cooked and mix it well. Stir fry veggies are ready to serve with paratha, poori.
