Cheesy Garlic Bread

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a cup add lukewarm water, add sugar, add dry yeast mix it well rest for 5 min.
* Step 2
Now take a bowl add all-purpose flour, add salt, add yeast mix it well and make a soft dough
* Step 3
Further coat the dough with oil and cover the plate and keep a side rest for 2 hr.
* Step 4
Further punch the dough. Now take a bowl add melted butter, add coriander
* Step 5
Add garlic mix it well. Now garlic butter is ready.
* Step 6
Spread the prepared garlic butter over the dough generously and add season with chilli flakes and oregano
* Step 7
Further top with mozzeralla cheese on half of the dough fold the dough and seal the edges. Make marks over bread without cutting them fully.
* Step 8
Furthermore, brush generous amount of prepared garlic butter. And also top with chilli flakes and oregano
* Step 9
Bake in preheated oven at 180 degree celcius for 15 min. Cut the garlic bread and cut in to pieces and serve.
