Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a pan add ghee, add chopped onion, add chopped green chilli

Add garlic, add ginger, add roughly chopped spinach mix it well

* Step 3

Now add water and cover with lid for 10 min. On medium flame. Take a jar

And pour into the boiled spinach and grind it for 5 min. Now puree is ready. Now take a pan add butter

Add all-purpose flour mix it now add milk

White sauce is ready. Add black pepper powder, add salt

Mix it again. Now add puree in white sauce mix it again and cook for 2 min.

Now add tomato powder, add red chilli flakes, add oregano mix it. Spinach Soup is ready to serve. Garnish with cream, oregano and red chilli flakes.
