Bread chumchum is very delicious mithai .it's very easy to make .

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a bread and trim the edges of the bread slices and cut them into two pieces.now in a mixing bowl add mawa,add desiccated coconut
* Step 2
Add powder sugar,add colour,add almonds
* Step 3
Mix it well properly.now stuffing is ready.now dip one side of a slice of the bread lightly in the milk.place the slice between your palms and press.squeezing out the excess milk.this makes the bread moist.place the filling in the center of this bread and mold the bread to completely cover it all around.
* Step 4
Heat the oil in a frying pan and drop the rolls slowly in to it.
* Step 5
Fry the bread rolls until they are golden brown turning occasionally.now add prepared chumchum into the sugar syrup turn on flame and boil syrup for 2 min.turn off flame and soak it for 30 min.now coat with desiccated coconut
* Step 6
Cut the chumchum from center,like this.chumchum is ready to be served.
