Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a pan add oil,and cut the chilli into slices from middle now add cumin seeds
* Step 2
Add mustard seeds,add asafoetida,add kalaunzi
* Step 3
Add fennal seeds mix it well.now add gram flour
* Step 4
Add mango powder,add red chilli powder,add termeric powder
* Step 5
Add salt mix it well.now masala is ready.transfer into a bowl.
* Step 6
Niw fill the masala into the chillies.like this.now fry all the chillies.
* Step 7
And cover with lid for 5 min.and open the lid and now add achar masala powder mix it well and cook for 2 min.on low flame.
* Step 8
Now take a jar and fill the jar tighten with lid.achar is ready.
