Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a pan add oil,add ajwain,add cumin seeds
* Step 2
Add fennel seeds,add mustards seeds,add Fenugreek seeds mix it well all the ingredients for 1 min.
* Step 3
Now add jaggery,add water and melt it now
* Step 4
Now add mangoes and mix it well add termeric powder
* Step 5
Add red chilli powder,add salt,add bharwa masala,add ginger powder
* Step 6
Add kalaunzi and mix it well and cooked for 10 min.on low flame.aam ka galka is ready.
