Gulabjamun Kofta Curry

#goldenapron Gulabjamun kofta curry is a flavourful Indian recipe served as side dish with roti/naan or rice.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take a plate add soft paneer and add soft mawa crumble mix them mash and make them smooth.

Add arrowroot, Mash and make a soft dough,Make round balls.

* Step 3

Heat oil in pan. Medium hot oil is needed to fry the gulab jamun, flame should be medium and slow. Put the gulab jamuns to fry, fry well till golden brown, then take it out. Fry all likewise.

For gravy heat pan, add oil, when hot add cumin seeds, Add ginger paste.

Add green chilli,add turmeric powder,add onion puree

Mix well.add tomato puree,add garam masala powder

Add red chilli powder,add chopped cashew,add coriander powder

Add curd,add coriander leaves mix well.

Add salt,Add the gulab jamuns to it. and add water Mix well. Keep it on low flame for 1 minute. Turn off flame.Gulabjamun kofta curry is ready.
