Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Apply marinade on chicken and let it rest overnight or for three hours at least.
* Step 2
Chargrill or fry chicken pieces till done
* Step 3
In a pot or big wok put three tablespoons ghee and two tablespoons oil add onions and braise till pinkish brown
* Step 4
Add tomatoes and spices, make paste-like then add cream and boil to a fine gravy.
* Step 5
Add chicken pieces and green chillies, cook for ten minutes, remove from flame garnish with coriander and mint leaves.
* Step 6
Serve with either jeera or plain rice.
