Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Keep a big pot for steaming or dhokla steamer on flame with water. Mix all ingredients together, when water starts boiling add 1-2 tsp ENO fruit salt and stir well, pour on a greased small thhali, sprinkle chilli powder. keep for steaming till done. when done cut squares

* Step 2

Garnish: make vaghaar/temper of mustard, cummin seeds, sesame and green chilli flakes pour over two tablespoon grated coconut little sugar and salt then sprinkle on the dhokra squares with chopped coriander leaves.
