Onion rice by shreshtha.

Ingredient

water

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Chop onions into thin slices. Heat ghee n fry till golden brown.add salt.

* Step 2

Strain rice and add it to the onions.stir it with light hand.

* Step 3

Add 5 cups of water and cook it till 3 whistles(in pressure cooker)or for 15 minutes or till water evaporates in a heavy bottomed sauce pan.cover it with a lid.

* Step 4

Enjoy onion rice!!
