Ingredient

21/2 tea mugs /250 grams

grated Mawa (Khoya)

4 tbsp

Milk powder

1 tea mug/250 grams

All Purpose flour (Maida)

1 tsp

Ghee

2 tea mugs

Sugar

1 tea mug

Water

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Bind the above ingredients with fresh milk till you get soft dough. Make pingpong balls. Deep fry in oil on medium flame till brown colour.
