Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Keep a big pot for steaming, or dhokra steamer on flame with water. Mix all ingredients together to smooth batter, when water starts boiling add one and half teaspoon of ENO fruit salt in batter and stir well, pour on a small greased thhali, sprinkle chilli powder. Keep for steaming till done. When done cut squares
