Whosayna’s Plaintain Stew

This is Swahili meal, but it's very nourishing and very healthy especially for kids

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a big pot put oil then boiled meat and it's broth, add bananas, beans, corns, onions, tomatoes, raw tomatoes, turmeric powder and salt add 3-4 cups of water and cook on medium flame, till like stew so dont stir it, can toss with wooden laddle.
