Whosayna’s Tava Naan

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Mix flour, yeast, salt, green chillies and coriander leaves. Add oil and mix well, then bind with yogurt mixture to soft dough. Rest the dough for 2 hours, spray oil on dough and mix well then make pingpong balls, roll as rotis, sprinkle sesame and press it by rolling. Roast each on tava apply ghee or butter
