Whosayna’s Meat Lover’s Pizza

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Base: Bind soft dough using all ingredients with warm water, and let rise for an hour and half. Punch back, make 3-4 balls, roll (into 1/2 the size you need for thickness) then lay on greased trays poke with fork and let rise for another 20mins. Then bake in oven on 200°C to pinkish brown colour remove and let it cool, can toss upside down if top is done and bottom is soft, finish baking all. Keep aside

* Step 2

Sauce: Boil in 1 cup of water the following ingredients carrot, tomatoes, salt and chillies, when tomato is soft remove from flame and let it cool. Blend all ingredients along with boiled tomato into fine paste.

* Step 3

On top of all sprinkle cheese Bake on 210°C til cheese melts
