Whosayna’s Mutton Soup
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
.... use pressure cooker, braise onions in butter till pinkish brown colour add mutton, black pepper, ginger, chilli, garlic, lemon juice, salt and turmeric and braise til mutton covered well...
add tomato mixture and kip on boil til meat is tender now add pasta and peas and boil til both done....
* Step 2
Serve with Crouttons or Toasted Garlic Slices
