Red Beans Steaks

easy to make veggie steaks

Ingredient

Food ration :

6 steaks
1 can

red beans

3 tbsp

flour

1 tbsp

breadcrumbs

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a mixing bowl place the drained red beans, 2 eggs, chopped onion and some parsley. Mix for the first time until you obtain a smooth puree.

* Step 2

Add flour and breadcrumbs and mix again for a few seconds.

* Step 3

Heat some olive oil on a pan. Take one tbsp of the prepared paste and place in on the pan shaping a small steak.

* Step 4

After about 4-5min turn them on the other side and fry for a few more minutes.

* Step 5

Serve hot with some fries and a salad.
