GOT SORE MUSCLES? (aroma blend)
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Into a small bowl, juice 1 half of the orange.
* Step 2
Put half the chilli seeds in the orange juice, soak for 30 minutes. Remove seeds, throw away.
* Step 3
In a bowl, mix all ingredients, including chilli infused orange juice. Pour into the jar. Cut a thin round slice from the other half of the orange and put into the jar, along with a couple of chilli seeds (decorative). Put on the lid. Store in a cool, dark place.
* Step 4
Note: When it comes time for use. Massage the area with the oil for couple minutes until rubbed in.
* Step 5
Lastly, heat up the heat pack in the microwave for 1 minute. Put a clean hand towel over the area then gently place the heated pack ontop. Leave on until heat pack cools.
