Creamy Mushroom Sauce
I love the tanginess of the cream cheese and the mustard which adds a nice spiciness

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat some oil in a frying pan over high heat. Add the mushrooms and fry until golden brown
* Step 2
Season with rosemary, pepper, crumble the stock cube. Take off heat
* Step 3
As soon as the mushrooms cool down a bit, add enough cream cheese to absorb the mushroom liquid (I put a bit less than 200g). Add mustard
* Step 4
Taste and add salt if you have to. Serve over warm rice or pasta. Enjoy :)
