Oven-Roasted Fruit
Cooking instructions
* Step 2
In a large bowl place all the prepared fruit (excluding blackberries) and toss in the cinnamon.
* Step 3
Place all the fruit in an oven proof dish snugly in a single layer.
* Step 4
Sprinkle with the frozen blackberries then the sugar.
* Step 5
Then bake for 20-25 minutes or until the fruit is tender.
* Step 6
Heat the grill up and place the dish quite closer to the grill, about 10cm away until the blackberries release some of their juices, about 10 minutes.
* Step 7
Remove from the oven. Drizzle with the honey. Serve warm with vanilla ice, extra thick vanilla cream or on its own.
