Pickled Cucumber
This batch turned out slightly more salty than I would like but none the less still good. Over the course I did add more salt and vinegar as at the beginning I didn't add enough.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Add the onions, peppercorns and onions first.
* Step 2
Then add the cucumbers and bay leaves.
* Step 3
Next add the vinegar and salt to the water in a separate jug and mix well until the salt has dissolved.
* Step 4
Then add to the jar. Seal with lid
* Step 5
The pickles should be ready in 5-7 days. You can taste one at around day 5.
