Roasted Bone Marrow
I first tried bone marrow in a restaurant in Las Vegas years ago and fell in love with it. This is a recipe by Heston Blumenthal.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Pre-heat the oven to 180 c.
* Step 2
Sprinkle the bone marrow with salt and pepper.
* Step 3
Transfer to the oven and cook for 8-10 minutes, until cooked.
* Step 4
Once cooked place the bone marroe on a serving dish.
* Step 5
Cover with the shallots and parsley.
* Step 6
Serve on Warm Toasty bread.
