Vanilla Flan Chocolate Cake
I made this recipe today mostly to use the can of condescend milk I had in the cupboard. I have had something very similar that a family friend made before however, I found and used the recipe from www.pt.petitchef.com

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180c.
* Step 2
To make the cake, stir together well the butter, sugar and eggs.
* Step 3
Next add in the flour (shifted) and baking powder. Continuously stirring.
* Step 4
Add the chocolate and stir well, then add in the milk and again stir the mixture.
* Step 5
I suggest using a deep round spring form baking tin, grease with liquid Caramel, then pour in the mixture. Set aside.
* Step 6
To make the pudding, beat the eggs, condensed milk, full fat milk and vanilla together.
* Step 7
Very carefully and slowly pour the pudding mixture on top of the cake mixture.
* Step 8
Fill a deep tray with 1/3 of water and carefully place the tin on top. (Bain Marie method).
* Step 9
Transfer to the preheated oven and bake for 1 hour.
* Step 10
Remove tin from the oven and let it cool.
* Step 11
Only remove the chocolate pudding cake from tin when it is luke warm or completely cold. Transfer to a round tray.
