Sardines in Olive Oil

Nice easy dish to make that I learnt from my mother.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Rinse and salt the sardines the night before coating them well with a good handful of salt. Place in fridge until needed.

* Step 2

Pre-heat the oven to 200 Celsius.

* Step 3

Place sardines on a oven proof flat tray and coat with the rest of the ingredients.

* Step 4

Cook for about 20 minutes. No need to turn over.

* Step 5

Note: This can also be done on the barbecue.

* Step 6

Once cooked serve immediately.
