Cheesy Rice with prawns
I had a box of cream cheese I needed to use up so I did this today to use up bits and pieces I had and it turned out good. next time though I'll use 1 teaspoon of vinegar instead of two.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Boil the potatoes in salted water.
* Step 2
Once cooked drain and let them cool down enough for them to be cut.
* Step 3
Heat the olive oil on a medium heat.
* Step 4
Add the onion, bay leaf and garlic. fry for 5 minutes or until softly browned
* Step 5
In a jug dissolve the stock cube in the water. Set aside to be used later.
* Step 6
Wash and leave the rice in cold water for about 5 minutes then drain.
* Step 7
Add the peas to the pan and cook for about 5 minutes
* Step 8
Add the rice and fry for about 5-10 minutes on a medium to low heat. continously stirring because it will stick to the pan.
* Step 9
Add the stock to the pan and simmer on a low heat for about 15 minutes.
* Step 10
Check and stir every few minutes. More hot water maybe needed. add as and when it starts to dry.
* Step 11
Add salt, black pepper, chilli and Vinegar.
* Step 12
Add the prawns and cook for about 5 minutes.
* Step 13
Add the potatoes and cook for a few minutes.
* Step 14
Finally add the cheese cook for 2-3 minutes.
