Tomato & Cucumber Salad
I grow up on this salad in portugal. It's lovely and light. It compliments barbecued meat really well

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Start off by slicing the tomato, cucumber and onion as thin or thick as you like (I like them sliced as thinly as possible). Place the vegatable in a large bowl as you go along.
* Step 2
Add the vinger, olive oil and salt.
* Step 3
Mix well and its ready to serve.
