This is not my original but I try it for first time so posted

Ingredient

Food ration :

4 to 8 servings

Cooking time :

1 hour
3 TSP

ghee

As needed

Water

1/2 cup

Jaggery

1/2 tsp

khaskhas

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take a pan add one spoon ghee and rice flour roast until it's smell good.dont Change color now add half cup of lukewarm water.add more if required.let it cool down

* Step 2

Take a pan.add ghee (one spoon).let it hot add khuskhus when smells come add grated wet coconut.roast it now add jaggery mix it well.add cardamom powder.add some pieces of cashew if you want.stuffing is ready.cool it

* Step 3

Now make a soft dough of rice.divide it in three equal portions.keep one portion white.add orange and green colour in other two portions.

* Step 4

Make 8 ballls of each color dough.take three balls of each color joint them and roll it stuff the filling

* Step 5

Make modak shape.8 modak will make.steam it four 5 to10 minutes and serve it hot with little ghee.,
