Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Get out 2 medium mixing bowls and 1 8x8 or 9x9 pan to spread mixture in.

* Step 2

Add Oatmeal and Protein Powder to one bowl, stir them together and set them aside.

* Step 3

Put all remaining ingredients into a microwave safe dish and warm for 30 seconds.

* Step 4

Stir melted ingredients together.

* Step 5

Poor melted mixture over oatmeal and protein powder then mix until all dry ingredients are covered.

* Step 6

Spread in greased pan.

* Step 7

Cut into 8-10 pieces when while they are soft (makes it much easier) then place in the refrigerator.

* Step 8

Keep the bars cool until you are ready to eat. Enjoy.
