Chomorro coconut tatiyas

This is sort of a cross between pita and tortilla, best served with spicy dishes.

Ingredient

1 cup

sugar

1 tsp

salt

3/4 can

coconut milk

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a bowl put all ingredients and mix well

Slightly knead and roll into small balls

* Step 3

Roll out into 1/8 of an inch pieces

* Step 4

In a dry pan heat each tatiya about 2 or 3 mins per side.

* Step 5

Serve with a nice spicy dish and enjoy.
