Potatoes Cake

It's really yummy!!

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

After boiling the potatoes, mashed with 1 Tbsp of olive oil and a bit of salt. Reserve it. After cook the veggies in a pan with a little olive oil we put It in a container and we mix the feta cheese, and we reserve. We cook the bacon.

* Step 2

In a film paper, we add the mashed potatoes and we press with the hands to compact it, then we add the filling, once it's all on the right place, with the help of the film paper we roll it, until creat like a packet. Reserve it on the fridge for 20 min.

* Step 3

After the 20 min, we remove the film paper with care and we add the bacon slices covering the cakes surface. Heat it in the oven for 5 min. Not more because can be unmounted.
