This might look gross but is actually quite good! On pesach we dont use oil so this is a great substitute!
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Gather a large amount of chicken fat (meat fat works as well)
* Step 2
Fry on stove with chopped onions
* Step 3
As liquid gathers, pour into a glass jar. Do this quite a few times until there is no more liquid
* Step 4
Refrigerate and the liquid will congeal and look sorta like margerine
