Miso-pickled ”tofu”
When pickled in miso, the texture is similar to cream cheese.
It has a salty taste and goes well with sake snacks.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Mix A
Apply A to the drained tofu
* Step 2
Wrap with kitchen paper, then wrap with in wrapping paper
Keep it in the refrigerator for two nights
* Step 3
Wipe off the surface miso and slice
Served with sliced tofu and ginger
