Tofu, Avocado and Tomato Salad
Added Tofu to my favorite avocado and tomato salad. with Japanese style sesame dressing. If you don't have time to drain the tofu, you can skip the process but eat it right away, or else, the water will come out of the tofu and dressing will get watery.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wrap the Tofu in a paper towel and place it in between 2 plates with a weight on top to drain water for 30 minutes.
* Step 2
Peel and take the seed out from the avocado and dice into 1 cm squares. Dice the pressed tofu and tomato the same size
* Step 3
Mix the ingredients of the dressing in a dressing bottle or empty jar and shake until well blended.
* Step 4
Place all the ingredients in a salad bowl and toss. Garnish with Sesame seeds or chopped scallions. Serve immediately.
