Lentil Soup

Healthy and simple recipe perfect for the cold weather 🍲

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Set a pot on medium heat. Saute garlic, onion and tomato.

* Step 2

Add lentils, pork buillon and water. Cook for about 20 mins or until lentils looks a little mushy. Add water if it gets too dry.

* Step 3

Add chicharones, spinach, salt & pepper and cook for 5 mins.

* Step 4

Serve hot and enjoy 😊
