Chicken Divan

A solid recipe on the classic. Substitute light mayo and 2% milk cheese (cracker barrel) for even lower calories and it's still pretty tasty.

Ingredient

1 teaspoon

lemon juice

1/4 teaspoon

curry powder

1 tablespoon

melted butter

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Preheat oven to 350° F. Grease a 3-quart casserole dish.

* Step 2

Arrange cooked broccoli in casserole dish. Arrange chicken over broccoli.

* Step 3

In a separate bowl, combine the soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice, curry powder, and melted butter. Mix together and pour over chicken and broccoli.

* Step 4

Sprinkle the cheese and french fried onions on top and bake until the casserole is bubbly and the cheese is golden brown, 30 to 45 minutes.

* Step 5

Serve over the cooked white rice.
